Flowers of Hope Lookbook

In the previous post I unveiled the latest collection added to the Seven Autumn Leaves jewellery line. The collection is called Flowers of Hope and it is a much smaller collection that has a single design but multiple colour choices. The intention of these necklaces are to raise awareness and money towards the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Victoria. Having this message in mind, I wanted to approach it in a fun and light-hearted manner which is why I thought of something as organic and colourful as a flower. It also has a personal meaning behind the design and the choice of foundation which you can read on the Seven Autumn Leaves website

Here's a few more photos to showcase how easily they can be styled (and stacked!)

7AL jewellery new releases: Florals of hope for 65 roses

I'm really excited to introduce to you the new collection that I've been working on lately. This is a small collection that focuses on one design but a bigger concept. Please read on to find out the inspiration for this collection and share it with your friends and loved ones to help us raise money for Cystic Fibrosis.

Flowers of hope is a special collection that represents the hope that resonates from a situation that is less than ideal. It is meant to encourage you to appreciate all that is good around you.

Flowers of hope for 65 roses:

20% of the profits from this line are donated to the Cystic Fibrosis foundation in Victoria to aid research and support families living with CF.
‘65 Roses’ has been linked to Cystic Fibrosis since the 1950's when a little boy misheard his mother, Mary Weiss, talking about Cystic Fibrosis.
“I often say that only a child could turn something as horrible as Cystic Fibrosis into something as beautiful as Sixty-Five Roses.” – Mary Weiss

I chose this particular foundation because of our recent loss of one of my best friend’s beloved little sister, Rehana, who battled CF. She was the sweetest 15 year old I knew and always seemed to have a positive outlook despite her disease.

This perspex collection represents the positivity that exuded from Rehana and the floral shapes represent the hope and the association with ’65 roses’, or Cystic Fibrosis.

Shihabi's in 7AL part 2

You might remember, in a previous post, seeing the gorgeous Afaf wearing Seven Autumn Leaves pieces with DIFC as the backdrop which really represented Dubai with it's modern feel. In the second part of this shoot, I'm sharing photos of one of my best friends, Hadier, who looked absolutely amazing in the Crown Jewel necklace and her black and white designer ensemble.

Infinity

The infinity pool in Marina Bay Sands hotel was probably one of my highlights in Singapore last week. Even though the city has so much to offer, there's something so magical about overlooking the city from the 57th floor while having a swim.

I wore the Gliadiator necklace to compliment my new geometric bathers I bought a few days before from Dubai.

Shihabi's in 7AL part 1

A couple of weeks ago, when I was still in Dubai, I met up with two of my gorgeous friends at DIFC to have a photoshoot wearing Seven Autumn Leaves necklaces.
Ofcourse their impeccable styling and pretty faces made it easy for me to capture some great shots that I'm really happy with.

In part 1, I show you how Afaf styled the Tri-Quadrilateral necklace and the Framed triangle ring with her effortless chic look.

Head to www.sevenautumnleaves.com to get Afaf's look and stay tuned to part 2 next week!

Neon starlight

I try to not play favourites when it comes to my collection, but one of my favourite Seven Autumn Leaves pieces would definitely have to be the starlight necklace for it's bold lines yet simplistic elegance.
I chose to wear it with my neon dress, which I found at H&M the other day, and thought it would be quite striking against it.

Blogger picks: see want shop

Before leaving Melbourne, the last blogger I shot wearing 7AL for the 'blogger picks' series was the stunning Lisa from see want shop who chose to style the 20th century gladiator necklace. She was nice enough to stop by my house since I was busy packing to head to the airport next morning.
We shot some photos indoors and some outdoors and because they both turned out great I decided to share them both in two separate parts highlighting two different necklaces. So stay tuned next Thursday for part two!

Lisa wears the 20th century gladiator necklace as well as the matching 20th century gladiator ring and the framed triangle ring.
